KodeCloud provides cloud storage and file management services, allowing users to store, organize, manage, and access their files and folders through a web-based interface. Our service enables you to:

  • Upload and store files in the cloud
  • Organize files into folders
  • Access your files from any device with internet access
  • Share and manage your digital content
  • Delete and restore files as needed

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring that you have the legal right to store and share any content you upload
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to KodeCloud. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

6. Storage Limits and Service Availability

Your storage capacity is determined by your subscription plan. We reserve the right to:

  • Enforce storage limits according to your plan
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

7. Data Backup and Loss

While we take measures to ensure data reliability, you are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your important files. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of your data, and we recommend keeping local backups of critical information.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be immediately suspended
  • You may have a limited time to retrieve your content
  • We may delete your account and stored content after the retrieval period

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KodeCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, regardless of the theory of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
